KATE ROSE

I was the lead dresser for this adaptation of the Tony Award winning show A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder. This musical romp follows a man Monty Navarrow who discovers that he is 9th in line to be the Earl of Highhurst and decides to rise in ranks by murdering his relatives. The show poses an interesting challenge as all the family members are played by one actor doing very many fast quick changes, some only 15 seconds. I kept the backstage area organized, even with tight space and many props and acessories thrown around, and made a quick change tracklist to help facilitate them. When the costume designer was away for shows I stepped up as the costume supervisor teaching and leading other dressers.
